CAN A POLICY BE USED BY MORE THAN ONE PERSON?
No, each policy is valid for one person and one bike. ID may be required if there is any doubt. Please remember, when purchasing your policy, you must specify the bike you wish to cover. This prevents groups from sharing a single policy to cover multiple riders in the event of a breakdown. 1 policy = 1 person + 1 bike.

IS MY RENTAL BIKE COVERED?
Yes, we treat all bikes as if they are your own—including rented and borrowed bikes. We are responsible for transporting both you and the bike you specified for coverage to either your accommodation or to the nearest open bike shop offering repairs, whichever is closer.

HOW LONG CAN I EXPECT TO WAIT?
Our goal is to reach you as quickly as possible. On average, this is between 30 and 40 minutes, but it can take up to an hour. If you are in a remote location or if we are experiencing a higher-than-normal volume of calls, response times may be longer. The longest response times are typically at the Port of Sa Calobra.

WHAT SHOULD I DO AFTER PURCHASING MY COVER?
Store the control room number in the mobile phone you’ll have with you during your stay in Mallorca.

CAN I CANCEL MY COVER?
Yes, you can cancel your cover and receive a full refund, as long as the cover has not started.

ARE THE REPAIR COSTS OF MY BICYCLE COVERED?
No. We will collect you at the breakdown site and transport you to either your accommodation or the nearest open bicycle repair shop, or to your bike rental outlet, depending on your preference.

WILL YOU RECOVER ME IF I HAVE BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT?
Yes, we will recover both you and your bike if you are unable to continue your journey. However, if you need medical care, please call an ambulance, as we are not able to provide medical assistance.

HOW FAR MUST I BE FROM A BICYCLE SHOP OR MY HOTEL TO USE MY COVER?
You must be at least 1 km from your accommodation or an open bike repair shop to use your cover.

WHERE ON THE ISLAND WILL YOU RECOVER ME FROM?
We will recover you from anywhere on Mallorca, as long as you are on a road that a standard vehicle can drive on. (not 4×4 or off roads)

WHERE WILL YOU RECOVER ME TO?
You can be taken to the nearest bicycle repair shop, your accommodation, or the location where you rented your bike—whichever is closest.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I CLAIM ON MY COVER?
You can claim once per policy, per week, per issue. For example, with a 4-day or 7-day policy, we will assist you once for the same issue. With a 14-day policy, you are entitled to two claims for the same issue. This ensures your issue is resolved so you don’t need us on a daily basis! For different issues, there is theoretically no limit. However, if we believe the policy is being abused, we reserve the right to cancel the policy and issue a refund for the unused portion.

IS THERE A NO CLAIMS DISCOUNT?
No, our prices are already very competitive, and we do not have a built-in margin to offer discounts.

WHICH LENGTHS OF COVER DO YOU OFFER?
We offer coverage for 4 days, 7 days, 10 days, and 14 days.

CAN I PURCHASE YOUR SERVICE THE SAME DAY I NEED IT?
No, cover must be purchased at least 12 hours before you need to use it. We are a bicycle rescue and recovery service, not a taxi service!

DOES ONE POLICY COVER ALL MY BICYCLES?
The policy covers only the bike you specified when purchasing the cover. This ensures protection against situations where one person in a group buys a policy and uses it to cover multiple bikes. If you plan to ride different bikes each day, simply email us with the details of the bike you’ll be using the next day.

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO PURCHASE COVER?
You will need to provide your name, contact details, accommodation address on the island, the start date of coverage, and details of the bike you want covered.

CAN I CHANGE THE DETAILS OF MY COVER?
Yes, you can email us the day before your coverage starts to request changes. If you wish to cancel, as long as the cover hasn’t started, you’ll receive a full refund.

WILL YOU RESCUE ME FROM AN OFF-ROAD LOCATION?
No, you must be on a road that a standard, non-4×4 vehicle can safely travel on.

WILL YOU PICK ME UP AT NIGHT?
No, our operating hours are from one hour after sunrise until one hour before sunset.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM JUST TIRED AND WANT A LIFT?
Unfortunately, our service is only for situations where you cannot continue your journey due to mechanical failure, a physical breakdown, or a spill that doesn’t require an ambulance. If you’re just tired, take a rest, hydrate, and pedal at a slower pace via a shorter route to continue your journey.

IS MY NON-STANDARD SIZED BIKE COVERED?
Currently, no. Our vehicles are only equipped to transport standard bicycles. We are working on adding coverage for non-standard bikes such as tandems, hand bikes, and recumbents, but at this time, we are unable to assist with those.

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
We are not equipped or qualified to handle medical emergencies. If you need medical attention, please call an ambulance. We will, however, rescue your bike (which won’t fit in the ambulance) and transport you if necessary.
